  1. We use the same building standards on every building.
  2. We use 3/4" plywood on all our floors.
  3. We don't use particle board, pressed board or wafer board.
  4. We build a 12" roof eve, front and back.
  5. We use Tamko shingles (20 years guarantee).
  6. We use 15 # felt underlayment on our roofs.
  7. We use galvanized metal roof edge.
  8. We use treated material for our skids (40 year guarantee).
  9. We use 2" x 6" floor joists 16' on center.
  10. Our wall studs are 16" on center.
  11. We use a 2" x 8" top plate.
  12. We use 1/2" fir or 5/8" yellow pine T-111 siding.
  13. We hand drive galvanized nails in all of our siding and trim.
  14. We don't staple our siding and trim.
  15. We use 1 1/2" screws in our door hinges.
  16. We have a FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE on all of our buildings.
